Delegation transport in Singapore is a set of chauffeured cars, and often coaches, held for a visiting group across a programme of meetings, venues and meals. We run it for embassy personnel, diplomatic guests and visiting delegations, from the airport arrival through official meetings to the last departure. It’s the group version of our corporate chauffeur service, planned by headcount and time slot rather than by person.

Why Delegations Book by the Hour
A delegation day rarely runs to time. A meeting overruns, a site visit is added, the dinner moves. With vehicles held by the hour, the cars wait wherever the group is and follow the programme as it changes, instead of being rebooked trip by trip. A typical programme we run is 10 to 15 delegates across 2 to 3 vehicles, covering 8 to 10 locations a day over 3 to 4 days.
Diplomatic and Official Visits
For embassy personnel and diplomatic guests we provide discreet chauffeured transport: airport arrivals, hotels, official meetings and multi-stop programmes. Singapore’s embassies and high commissions are among the addresses our chauffeurs drive to. Send the programme when you book and we plan the vehicles around it.

Every rate includes ERP, fuel, tolls, parking and GST. We quote the whole programme as one job.
On the Ground
An on-ground coordinator manages the schedule across the programme, so your team has one person to call when plans change. At Singapore EXPO and the Marina Bay Sands Expo, coaches use each venue’s designated driveway for pickups and drop-offs. For delegations going to the Singapore Airshow, the vehicle is registered for venue access in advance.
If one member of the group needs a car for a long solo day, a full day chauffeur is billed at the hourly rate.

With that, we build the vehicle mix, confirm the coordinator and quote the programme.
Booking Policies
A deposit confirms the booking. Changes to time, pickup or vehicle need 48 hours’ notice; cancellations less than 12 hours before are charged in full. Every chauffeur holds a valid PDVL and every vehicle is LTA licensed.

Yes. A VIP can have their own sedan, Maybach or Rolls-Royce running alongside the coaches on the same schedule.
