This policy describes how hourlychauffeursingapore.com (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal data in connection with website enquiries and chauffeur bookings.
Information you may provide
When you contact us by email or phone, or arrange a booking, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passenger and luggage details, preferred vehicle, itinerary notes and booking correspondence. Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive identity information by email.
When you submit the website enquiry form, the details you enter are sent to our server. The server forwards your enquiry to hello@hourlychauffeursingapore.com and sends an automatic acknowledgement to the email address you provide. The acknowledgement confirms only that we received your enquiry; it is not a booking confirmation. The information in the enquiry can include the service type, requested date and time, pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger and luggage counts, vehicle preference, your contact details and notes you choose to add.
When the site is loaded, hosting and security services may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser or device information and request time, to deliver and protect the website.
How we use information
