The car stays with you, the chauffeur waits between stops, and the plan can change as the day goes on. Rates start at S$95 an hour for an Executive Business Sedan with a 3-hour minimum, and every fare includes ERP, fuel, tolls, parking and GST.

How Your Hours Are Counted

Your chauffeur stays on standby for the whole booking.

There’s no waiting charge inside your booked hours, however long you’re in a meeting or a shop.

If the day runs past your booking, there’s a 15-minute grace period, and after that the time rounds up to the next full hour at your hourly rate. You can also extend on the day, subject to availability.

When an Hourly Chauffeur Beats a Transfer
A transfer takes you from A to B for a fixed fare. It’s the cheaper choice for one trip, and a point-to-point transfer allows at most one extra stop on the way. An hourly chauffeur is for everything else: the day with three meetings, the wedding with five addresses, the afternoon of shopping where the bags need somewhere to go.

Think of four stops booked as four separate rides. You wait for each car, pay each fare, and have no car when a meeting runs long. Booked by the hour, one chauffeur covers the day, your bags stay in the boot and the car is outside when you come out. What’s Included and What Costs Extra
Every fare includes ERP charges, fuel, tolls, parking and GST. The extras are few:
Late night, 23:00 to 06:59: from S$20 per trip, depending on the vehicle
Child seat: S$20 per seat per trip
Peak and event periods: 30% to 150% on top of the standard rate
F1 Grand Prix and Singapore Airshow weeks: quoted separately, no standard rates

Book at least 48 hours ahead
A deposit confirms the booking
Changes to time, pickup or vehicle need 48 hours’ notice
Cancellations less than 12 hours before the booking are charged in full
No-shows are charged in full
Pets are not accepted
Every chauffeur holds a valid PDVL and every vehicle is LTA licensed.

What happens if I run over?
There’s a 15-minute grace period. After that, the next full hour is billed at your hourly rate.
