Hourly chauffeur hire works in four steps: you send your plan, we quote, a deposit confirms it, and your chauffeur’s name and number reach you before the pickup. After that the car is yours for the booked hours, with no waiting charge while you’re in a meeting, a shop or a restaurant.
1. Send Your Plan
Call +65 9452 0888 or email hello@hourlychauffeursingapore.com with:
- Date and start time
- Pickup address, the stops you know about, and where the day ends
- Number of passengers and bags
- The car you want, or the occasion so we can suggest one
- Flight or ship number if the day starts at Changi or a cruise terminal
- Child seats needed (S$20 per seat per trip)
Book at least 48 hours ahead.
2. Get Your Quote
The quote is all-in: ERP, fuel, tolls, parking and GST are part of the hourly rate. You can check hourly rates by vehicle before you ask.
3. Pay the Deposit
A deposit confirms the booking. For small bookings we ask for the full amount upfront; for larger ones the deposit holds the date and the balance is settled before the job.
4. On the Day
Your chauffeur’s name and contact number are sent ahead of the pickup. The chauffeur stays with the car for the whole booking and goes where you ask, in the order you choose.
How Your Hours Are Counted
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Waiting inside your booked hours | No charge |
| Running up to 15 minutes over | No charge (grace period) |
| Running more than 15 minutes over | Rounded up to the next full hour |
| Extra hours | Billed at your booked hourly rate |
| Extending on the day | Possible, subject to availability |
On an airport pickup, we track your flight. The 60 free minutes of waiting count from when you actually land, not the scheduled time.
A tight schedule is safer booked with an hour of buffer than left to run into overtime, especially for weddings and evening events.
Changes and Cancellations
- Changes to time, pickup or vehicle need 48 hours’ notice
- Cancellations less than 12 hours before the booking are charged in full
- No-shows are charged in full
- Pets are not accepted
Hourly or a Transfer?
If your day is one trip from A to B, a fixed-price transfer usually costs less, and it allows at most one extra stop on the way. Anything with more stops, or an end time you can’t predict, suits an hourly booking. Here’s when a transfer is the better choice.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the stops during the day?
Yes. On an hourly booking the stops are part of your time, so you can add or reorder them as you go.
Does the chauffeur wait with the car?
Yes. The chauffeur stays on standby for the whole booking.
Can I book outside office hours?
Yes. Our operations run 24/7.
What if my flight is late?
We track it. The 60 minutes of free waiting start from the actual landing time.
