A Singapore Airshow chauffeur is a car and driver held for a delegate, an exhibitor team or a VIP across the show days at the Changi Exhibition Centre. Trade days are long, the venue sits on the far east of the island, and meetings often happen away from the showground, so one car kept on standby does more than a string of taxis. It’s the same product as our chauffeur by the hour in Singapore, but Airshow week is a peak period and every booking is quoted on its own.

Why Book by the Hour for the Airshow
The first days of the show are trade days for industry and government delegations; the last days open to the public. A delegate’s week usually mixes hotel-to-showground runs with meetings elsewhere in town. Booked by the hour, the same chauffeur handles every leg and waits in between. For a delegation staying the week, we can hold the same chauffeur and vehicle for the group’s daily runs between the hotel and the Exhibition Centre.
Venue Access
Traffic into the showground is controlled during the show. Vehicle permits, registration deadlines and the drop-off points for trade days and public days are set by the organisers for each edition, and they change from one show to the next. We register the vehicle for venue access and confirm the current drop-off points closer to the dates.
That’s the main reason to book early: the sooner we have your schedule, the more time there is to get the registration through before the organisers’ deadline.

Trade Days and Public Days
Trade days bring industry delegations and exhibitors, tighter access control and scheduled arrivals. Public days bring a wider crowd and heavier traffic around the venue. Tell us which days you’re attending and we plan pickups for each, using the drop-off points the organisers set for that day.
How Pricing Works
Airshow week is a peak period, so the standard hourly rates don’t apply. We quote the whole programme: the cars, the days, and any airport runs. Every chauffeur holds a valid PDVL and every vehicle is LTA licensed, which matters when the booking comes from a company or a government office.
Booking Policies
A deposit confirms the booking. Changes to time, pickup or vehicle need 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations less than 12 hours before are charged in full, and so are no-shows.
